Very well organised went very smoothly and will definitely return

I have run at Bridgewater a number of times and I think yesterday's was excellent. Travelling to/from the event was straightforward, as was car parking. There seemed to be enough facilities (toilets!) and there was a good atmosphere. Possibly because the number of runners has increased. I enjoyed the flat (10k) course and will be returning to (hopefully) beat my time next year. I will be recommending this event to other runners. Thanks to all the organisers and volunteers who made it a special event.

The race start was an hour earlier than published on websites eg Lets Do This. I nearly missed the event and I think others experienced similar.

Well organised, friendly and supportive - the only thing I'd have liked would have been a 70+ category so I could see how I did in relation to people in my age group (if there were any others!)!!

Plenty of car parking and very well organised - well done those car park captains for such a fine effort.

Plenty of marshalls (tick) enough water stations (tick) - They were rushed off their feet! Well done to those cleaning up the approximately 34 million cups strewn around.

The classic mistake was made - when events are based at social club or similar THE TOILET SITUATION IS ALWAYS INADEQUATE!!!! Loos in such places aren't ready for the rush of scores of folks at one time!

It is always worse for the gals.... but even us boys have problems!

It's not what we want to do.... but even gals had to find somewhere to pee in the long grass.... if someone needed more than that

Yes I was 4 th last in the half marathon ...The marshals were amazing .But next year you need to have a marshall at the final crossroads in town because I didn't know to turn left and a marshall at the little entrance on the main Rd to point towards the cricket club where we came in.Otherwise Thankyou .Fabulous .

I did the 10k. I quite liked the route and the atmosphere of the event. Big thanks to the everyone that worked the event.

Water stations were a bit chaotic. More organisation is needed.
One station said water and I got Jelly babies!

I’m very disappointed with the treatment my friend and teammate received from the organisers when he asked for a refund due to dependant family member being unwell resulting in him not being able to participate. He provided evidence but was point blankly refused and I find this particularly heartless and something that should be reconsidered for the sake of good will as we brought a team of 20 runners to support the event.

Plenty of parking, great facilities and everyone was very friendly. One minor issue was there being no marshal at the traffic lights circa 20k. Had to stop with someone else but fortunately a bloke on a car pointed us in the right direction.

The toilet situation was diabolical that was the only poor thing on the day. There was plenty of space for portaloos, my wife had to run the whole half marathon needing a wee because of the queue.
This isn't your first time organising an event and you definitely no the situation with toilets at races.
Everything else was spot on and we really enjoyed the route and the marshals

It's a good route but did not match what was shown on the website (and the medal depicts a completely different route). Pushy cars on the narrower parts of the route with marshals stood around where they could have been holding cars temporarily to allow runners through. The finish funnel opened into a car park meaning people were constantly in the way of cars trying to leave. Otherwise, the atmosphere and support along the route was very positive!
